Backspace behaviour while editing

Backspace key behaviour is.. unexpected and inconsistent with most other text editing applications.

• On empty line it deletes this line (expected) and stays at the beginning of the next line, while it’s expected to move to the end of the previous line. In other words, Backspace equals to Del here.
• On last empty line it deletes this line (expected) and moves one character behind the end of the previous line, while it’s expected to stay at the end.
• On empty line in a list (bulleted ot numbered) or on last empty line of a quoted block it moves two lines up, to the end of the line before previous, and sometimes one character more.
• In a preformatted block, the behaviour is as expected. 🙂
